“I am a lifelong artist and high school student who loves creating art and being around people. I have been making art and drawing ever since I can remember and enjoy all types styles and mediums. I can create art online with graphic design as well as paint. I get most of my inspiration from the ocean and sea life as well as cartoons and graphic designs. I love using boardstix for a wide variety of canvases like, surfboards, skateboards, skis, and the traditional canvas.”
“Creating art has always been a way to relax for me. Living on the coast inspired me to get into painting the ocean and the beauty it has to offer. While I switch drawing mediums often I always try to keep my art as realistic as possible. I’m constantly looking to find something new and bring to life for others to enjoy. And although I’m just getting started out my hope is to keep creating, finding new opportunities, and have as much fun as I can along the way.”
Born and raised in southern California, I grew up surrounded by surf culture. Turning white surfboards into colorful, energy filled canvases has become my passion. Graffiti street art has been a big inspiration for many of my designs, as well as elements found in our natural world. I have had the opportunity to paint several boards for pro surfer Lakey Peterson, including the “Pray for Daisy” series ridden at the 2012 Nike US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, Ca. -source: hillarydunks.com
